To start the production process, the seeds are first imported from their origin countries. After bringing seeds they go through several processes to meet the expected level of nutrition. The seeds go through a pre-cleaner machine to wash out the external dirt and be cleaned for the next phase. Then, the destoner machine removes stone and iron plates from the washed wheat. Gradually, the seeds get processed through huller and shifter machines. An advanced monitoring team uses advanced technology to ensure the presence of all nutritional elements. Finally, the packaging of Atta, Maida(Flour), Suji(Semolina) and Bhushi is done with an automated machine to become ready to serve the people of our country.
